Always resort to consuming snacks that contain a mix of healthy proteins and carbohydrates. It keeps you fuller throughout the day. For example, intake of healthy carbs like apple along with two tablespoons of peanut butter rich in proteins is a best option.

  • Engaging in workout for half-an hour, without changing food habits, is enough to stay fit-

According to health specialists, one should succeed in striking a balance between balanced diet and regular exercise. Narrow down the intake of food items like ice cream to one scoop rather than three. Pay close attention to food items you take since it might contain excessive calories.

  • Weight-lifting makes one appear to be more bulky:-

Integrating weight-lifting and resistance training is helpful in reducing excess weight. Those who prefer to improve muscle mass and enhance muscle tissues may resort to weight-lifting. The process has to be repeated multiple times per day.

To boost metabolism and muscle mass, include weight-lifting in your daily regime. Some of the suggested bodyweight exercises are squats, lunges, push-ups etc.

  • Health coaches do not seem to have vested interest in physical well-being of an individual:-
